Century Gardens Village - Miami, FL

Century Gardens Village is a subdivision in Kendall, located off of Kendall Drive and SW 152nd Avenue. This project entailed extensive land development, civil infrastructure, and the ground-up construction of a dozen Townhomes where we acted as the Developer and General Contractor. The community consists of 178 Townhomes, 67 Single Family Homes, and an amenity filled clubhouse.
