E-Lake by The Falls - Miami, FL

E-Lake by The Falls was a complete interior renovation consisting of; demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, custom cabinetry, countertops, and millwork. To complete the open floor plan concept, interior walls were removed, and a section of the living room was raised with concrete to provide the same elevations throughout. Wechsler Development led the design process from concept to completion, including the selection of finishes, appliances, fixtures and interior design.
