La Joya Estates - Miami, FL

La Joya Estates is a subdivision in West Miami-Dade County, located off of SW 22nd Street and SW 147th Avenue. This project entailed extensive land development, civil infrastructure, and ground-up construction of 23 luxury Single Family Homes, where we acted as the General Contractor.
