Laguna House at Merrick Park was constructed as a sales center and model unit to showcase the development being offered. This was accomplished by combining three modular offices and adding sophisticated exterior details and techniques. The interior was completed using the same high-end finishes, appliances, and smart-home technology that would be delivered with each unit.
